My favorite blender concoction is "blender yeast rolls" they are so easy to make! I am already a follower of your blog, does that count!
my favorite concoction is a rum daiquiri - and it is peanut free - and I too am a regular reader - does this count?
I'm so pleased the numbered comments thing worked for you - and just in time! Isn't it great when things do what they are supposed to. Good luck to everyone in the draw.
My favorite blender concoction (in terms of times made) is a fruit smoothie...bananas, ice, grape juice, strawberries and blueberries.
Dole mixed frozen fruit with grapefruit juice
Protein enriched blueberry chocolate Smoothies! A great dessert, but also good for you. I throw in frozen blueberries, yogurt, cocoa, and protein powder.
I love the blender for all kinds of uses, from grinding rolled oats to make a finer flour to add to muffins to making smoothies with added spinach leaves. I enjoy making hummus with chick peas (garbanzo beans), garlic, lemon juice and tahini. Very good with raw veggies.
Smoothies. We are allergic to Peanut, Egg, Tree Nuts, & Sesame. We mix: Orange Juce, blueberries, spinach, banana and vanilla yogurt. Mmmmmm.

Salsa - I love homemade salsa and the blender is perfect!

I too have a PN/TN allergy, so I have concocted a little mix to give the feeling of a healthy "banana-UN nut fake-out icecream" to satisfy my cravings!
1-In a blender, add approx 1/4 c part skim ricotta with 1 tsp cinnamon, a dash of fresh nutmeg and 2 tsp of sugar substitute (you can use whichever sweetener you prefer...sugar, honey, etc) and blend until smooth. (I usually do this ahead of time in larger batches and refrigerate it for future use.)
2-Add in 1 medium to large frozen banana, chopped, 1/8 c sunflower seeds (David's brand is safe), and 2 heaping TBSP Sunbutter (my FAV product out there!)
3-Blend until the mixture is the consistency of icecream.
4-Optional, at this point you can gently blend in any additional yummies. I like using a sprinkling of Enjoy Life Cinn-Raisin granola; other options may be chocochips, raisins, crumbled cookies, etc...
5-Eat right away or throw in the freezer for about 15 minutes for a firmer consistency!! ENJOY!

I love to make homemade salsa and margaritas!
I love my husband's cold soups that he makes in the summertime, either cucumber or especially gazpacho!!
I have a smoked salmon spread that I make in the blender that my family (at least the non-allergic ones) love. It is fast, easy and yummy.
